coffee facilities friendly staff

my room had tea and coffee facilities, also a tv was available. the staff were very friendly and provided advice about things to do (i appreciated the maps!).

i found the floors to be quite creaky .

just okay stay

poor sound insulation difficult shower

the breakfast was acceptable, it had a few options i could eat.

The room was too noisy. I could hear everything happening in the hallway (i think the walls are paper thin). also, the shower was awkward. I kept bumping into the walls when trying to wash my hair because there was so little space. the tv was old and difficult to use.

Acceptable, but with issues.

street noise lack of air conditioning

The breakfast was okay with enough options, I guess.

The room I had faced the street. Trams passing by were noisy at night. The room did not have air conditioning, so I couldn't open the window because of the noise anyway. Sleeping well was difficult. I think hotel staff know about this issue.
