During my stay, I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the city center of Krakow and very close to the old town area, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with everything I needed, although the dining options were somewhat limited. The service was good overall, but there was no member of staff available for assistance at all times. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, offering basic amenities for a pleasant stay.

The rooms with 2 twin beds were cozy and perfect for a coffee break. They had decent facilities and the excellent breakfast provided a great start to the day.

The hotel's location was very convenient, just off the city center with only a short 5-minute walk to the bustling old town area. While it was close to the trams, the peaceful setting away from busy traffic areas was a plus.
